Worked on STM Nanostructuring of oxide thin films and PiezoresponseForce Microscopy for nanoscaleferroelectric characterization.
Doctoral: Designed in-house pulsed laser ablation system and successfully grew two-component perovskite superlattices. Actively commissioned Molecular Beam Epitaxial growth facility. Worked collaboratively on ZnO based materials for FET applications.
MSc(Engg): 1/f NoiseMeasurement and Transport in GaAs basedheterojunction solarcell structures.
