    Post-Doctoral Research; Growth and characterization of complex oxide epitaxial and polycrystalline thin films of functional materials, concentrating on ferroelectric properties. Served as Pulsed Laser Deposition laboratory in-charge and as coordinator of scanning probe microscopy laboratory. Worked on STM Nanostructuring of oxide thin films and PiezoresponseForce Microscopy for nanoscaleferroelectric characterization.

    Doctoral Research; Designed in-house pulsed laser ablation system and successfully grew two-component perovskite superlattices. Actively commissioned Molecular Beam Epitaxial growth facility. Worked collaboratively on ZnO based materials for FET applications.

    Masters Research; 1/f NoiseMeasurement and Transport in GaAs basedheterojunction solarcell structures.
